ABOUT SOUTHSIDE EVENTS
SouthSide is the companion space to SOUTH Restaurant & Jazz Club. At SouthSide, we're able to bring our guests everything that makes SOUTH so special, in a private event space that is versatile and flexible, making it the ideal venue for so many of life's important occasions.
During the day, SouthSide is light, bright and open with floor to ceiling windows across the entire front of the building, tall windows along the entire left side of the room and high ceilings complete with expansive skylights. The combined effect of all these windows brings in an abundance of natural light.
After dark, our space is transformed into something entirely different. Open the floor to ceiling front wall and bring the outside in. Dim the lights and create the ultimate intimate dining space.
We can create a variety of table layouts with round or standard banquet tables, cocktail tables or a lounge-like atmosphere.
The room can be configured with or without a stage making it suitable for live performances, or as a raised dais for speaking engagements and panel discussions.

OMG!!! Was it ever!!! My friends RAVED about everything…cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, FOOD and the attentive SERVICE!!! We had a ball/blast or all the adjectives that describe a super wonderful celebration for a fabulous 60th birthday. Kim, Robert, Ivan and Justin were super awesome.
